Psalm 119:59-61

⁵⁹ I have thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

⁶⁰ I have made haste, and not delayed, to keep thy commandments.

⁶¹ The bands of the wicked have wrapped me round: I have not forgotten thy law.
